I would like to say that Ryan Theewen (ratcues) went above and beyond what I normally expect for good customer service on a sale.
I PM'd him about a weight bolt that I wanted modified, since the Aluminum
style weight Bolts for older McDermott Cues were only for sale in the 1.5 oz variety on Meuller's web page, and I wasn't able to locate one myself through other means.
He found one he had in his personal supplies and offered it for sale.
After the sale, he followed up to verify receipt and how it worked out.
I have always gotten excellent customer service through Meuller, and Ryan is no exception to that statement.
I will not hesitate to send him my cue repair work or orders for partial shaft work, etc...
I appreciate that he pays this much attention to the details and that he offered me something from his personal supplies.
