Hello everyone,
I am experiencing some shoulder pain in my bridge arm (at upper deltoid).
Is this an occurrence that is associated with an issue with stance/balance
fundamentals? It doesn't feel like I am placing a lot of weight on my
bridge arm, but that may not be the case.
Maybe it is something totally unrelated to my pool fundamentals, but I
thought I would ask.
I don't remember doing anything to my shoulder at work etc... as far as
minor injuries are concerned.
I started shooting lefty again today (I am normally a right handed
shooter) to still be able to practice my eye patterns and S-P-F timing.
The pain eases up some but doesn't totally go away.
Are there specific arm/shoulder stretches that pro pool players use to
avoid fatigue during tournament play, etc...?
Thanks for any advice.
