that was my thought as well, especially since many of his misses were aim shots, cutting the ball thin.

It doesn't have anything to do with his age nor his eyesight. It's all confidence, or lack thereof.

Also: CONGRATS TO USA!!!! The team won it very deservedly, played their hearts out, full of confidence all the way through.

I loved this year's MC, very suspenseful not to say rollercoasterlike, the way the momentum went from USA to EUR and back, the whole Filler-thing being a King-for-a-day, the way Skyler snapped it off... it was just all fabulous. Best Mosconi Cup I ever saw, I know that!

Lastly (not leastly) respect to team Europe, also played their best and did everything they could but couldn't get it done against this USA team so full of confidence (and also a little roll of the ball where it counted I think, but that's 9ball).
