And in case you want a 1922 hardback copy delivered to your door for about $11, here's an Ebay item. It would be quick work to clean up the cover and glue the separating spine with library paste. The previous owner's notes are in the front. It's from South Dakota so maybe SVB's grandpa read it. If you want to learn about the small games or just how to control the balls, this book is for you.
