There were some fake Adam cues on eBay for a while, this may be one of those. Don't think I've ever seen one with the Adam logo by the points.
At €40 you should have no worries. Just use it and enjoy the game. You will probably pay more in table time and drinks on the first time you play with it.
Decal is a stick-on. Some low-end cues use stick-on decals that look just like points. Some are so good its hard to tell from real inlays. From the pic these look like actual points. The ADAM logo on the forearm looks kinda funny(never seen "professional" stamped quite like that) and the Uniloc joint makes me think it wasn't made by ADAM. Seen a lot of ADAM cues and never one with a Uni.

Just an idea, but maybe someone had the Uni Loc joint installed on that cue butt. I understand that it is pretty cheap to have a cue maker do it for a cue, and maybe someone had a Uni Loc shaft that they wanted to use with it, so had to get the joint of the butt changed.
