What do you think the bookies odds will be for him to win the US Open 2020 at Mandalay Bay?

30/1 would be my guess.

I would guess it would be quite a bit lower.....my guess would be around 12/1.

iba7467 2019 us open odds

Here's last years.

I think to win it, he's more like 25/1 would be my guess.
There's too many greats in this event, with perfect equipment and lighting and winner break/shot clock if needed, no racking maintenance.

I don't think he can beat 1/2 of this group heads up.

Here's last yrs groups within that range.

Eklenti Kaci 12:1
Carlo Biado 15:1
Josh Filler 15:1
Albin Ouschan 15:1
Francisco Bustamante 15:1
Kevin Cheng 15:1
Skyler Woodward 15:1
Jeffrey Ignacio 18:1
James Aranas 18:1
Jeff DeLuna 18:1
Justin Bergman 18:1
Mika Immonen 18:1
Johann Chua 20:1
Lee Van Corteza 20:1
Ruslan Chinahov 20:1
Thorston Hohmann 20:1
Ronnie Alcano 22:1
Siming Chen 25:1
Chang Yu Lung 25:1 da
Corey Deuel 25:1
Fedor Gorst 25:1
Mike Dechaine 25:1
Roberto Gomez 25:1
Rodney Morris 25:1
Warren Kiamco 25:1
Chris Melling 25:1

He was 25/1 on this list last year. I figured his odds would be a little less now that he just won the world championship.

Not saying this list is accurate, but I did use it as a reference when contemplating your question.

I'd actually put him below Toasty and Mika....all day long.

Gorst won the European 9-ball Championship this year, beating Filler in the final. Now he's beaten JL Chang in the final of the World 9-ball Championships. You have to go back years to find an instance of either Immonen or Hohnann winning a major title by beating any of the giants of the game in the final. but Gorst did it twice this year.

Immonen and Hohmann are big underdogs against Fedor right now.

He's a favorite over everybody on that list except Filler.

Lololol you cannot be serious:eek:
How about a small wager, I get to pick Any two from this list to finish higher than Ghorst.

In other words....One of my two pics must finish better than him.

Filler cannot be one of my pics. Let me know.

How about any time Gorst plays anybody on this list other than Filler you've got action.

1 player, 10 players, or the whole list.

I have to agree with the consensus here. Gorst is hot. A young, sharp shooting monster. The two you mentioned in particular, the iceman and hit man, are both awesome but seem to be more on the cooling down side

IMHO, Gorst below Filler and about even with Kaci, Biado, Albin, Kevin Cheng.
The rest in the list he will have better head to head record.
I am guessing he would be around 15:1 using that list as guide

I know....but I'll give yah this, Toasty for sure and one unknown, for $200. All your guy or my 2 guys have to do is finish higher that your man.

Nope. I'm not gambling on the draw for a tournament, if you want to bet head to head match ups I'll give you all the action you want.
