Videoing what you are doing when stroking is of great value.

However, the value of that is in providing evidence of what you are doing further upstream -- IOWs, what you are doing to setup. That's where you need to make changes.

As a side note: reading some of the recent posts in this forum, it gives one pause. Guys appear to be fooking around with some crazy ca-ca. So here are four suggestions:

Work harder.
Practice more.
Compete outside your comfort zone.
Repeat.

That'll give you a bigger payoff than some of the strange stuff some of you are wasting time on.
