LF training material on 2 plus rail banks

Look up Tor Lowry's Zero X banking and Kicking Systems on Utube.

I believe both dvds are under $20. He also has a ton of free videos.

A very simple adding and subtraction Diamond System for both systems.

I have both vids on my phone to take them to our old hall that isn't there any longer.

1, 2, and 3 Rail banks and Kicks.

Grady Mathews have good tape at Accuestats, maybe they converted it to DVD, it is not bad start.
