Why can't I no longer upload photos? Is there a temporary glitch or is there something wrong with my account?

I had no trouble with Chrome on Windows 7.
Mike ... I can't upload pics either. I don't get an error message, they just won't upload.
That’s what I’m getting on my IPad.....it just sends me back to ‘manage attachments’
It's crazy but after I closed out of the thread. The image was there. Lmao
It just happened to me on JoeyA’s thread.
The trouble with this is sometimes I don’t downsize a pic enough...
...so I can’t check to see if I should post it.
