Full splice, 5/16-18 piloted joint. Looks like a titleist conversion, but the veneers aren't the most common colors. Let me now what y'all think. I could do measurements, take other photo's. It's definitely old. Thanks!

I can't really help with the identification of the cue, but since it is wrapped how do you know it is full spliced?

See how the veneers come together just above the wrap. I could be wrong, but I have never seen that on anything but a full splice. If you just do a regular four point like below, the veneers will not come back together again to a spliced point.

A friend has BLACKCREEK 4 POINTER-WITH A WRAP ON IT-
LOOKS JUST LIKE YOUR CUE-
But when he changed the linen wrap- the forearm stopped- where a maple handle had been installed-at the top of the wrap groove'

I wish I had some pics to post up for comparison, but google probably does.

The veneers look like Wico type veneers.

First thing that came to mind was a Wico blank which would indicate
just a few different possible makers.
