You most likely will not find 1.25". most of it is metric and the closest I found was 30mm(1.181") on Ebay. I have not seen 31.75mm offered(1.25).

You can use a small insert to adjust the size.. Realistically, if it tightens up on bumper, that 30 mm is fine.
