I put on a tip for a customer and the pad and tip popped off together.
What is the best way to put the pad back on, which glue works the best and any thoughts on getting it centered perfectly?

Wrap tape tightly around the ferrule extending 1/4” or more and that will allow you to flush fit the tip and pad. I use Loctite gel with no problems as long as it’s fresh, not old.
