Brunswick Ranchero cushions

a friend just got a Brunswick Ranchero 7' for free, and set it up himself in his basement. it's a pretty good fit for what he needs, and the price was right!

but he'd like to replace the cushions, which are really, really shot. anyone know what profile he needs -- i know squat about cushions.

any other tips welcome -- he's on a very tight budget.
