Unfortunately, the resolution of that image is so poor that the text illegible. The OP asked for the pdf, which would presumably be much higher resolution.
I wrote to the owner of the content, and he replied that he is not making it available at this time.
So buy the poster and scan it with a high-end document scanner, problem solved. Many commercial printing firms have them.
I don't think the poster is available either.
