I wish I knew how to use a real camera

Laurie said it would be a miracle of God
if they got the joint cap rings to align.

Looks like the miracle happened.

Damn sharp and classic - thanks for sharing! Only about 14 years, 3 months, and 29 days left to go for my wait... :)

Are those orange / green veneers?

Exciting day. Beautiful cue. Are you going to use it? keep it locked up? sell it?

I'm going to use it. NFS. I do not believe
I will live another 14 years 3 months and 29 days
to get another one, and I certainly will not pay
the cue whores on here a$$ raping prices to get one.

Yes, orange, green, white - sorry about the camera phone

Nice color combination...

Joe, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Go to
your website and look up ebony examples of SWC.
You will see one very much like this one, except I
wanted a more subdued old school look so I did
not elect for the pimp rings at each end of the wrap
or the double butt cap ring.

Laurie called me 2 weeks before shipping this one
and told me they did not like the white / green spec
wrap they had and suggested I pick a different wrap

I was given 3 choices with Laurie agreeing with me
that black w/ walnut spec would look the best.

I told her I still had enough original Cortland to
re-wrap the cue if I could not live with the dark wrap
(I wanted old school remember)

Imagine my surprise when the cue showed up
exactly as I ordered it.

I do admit the dark wrap would have given this cue
the current contemporary look, however I was
after the classic.

I know the cue freaks on here will understand
what I have written ;)

Congrats...

The color combo really works and the shaft wood looks premium. I think you got a keeper there.

TommyT :thumbup::thumbup: I like it a lot

That is a long wait, but the cue looks like it was worth waiting for.
