Table ID help

If that's the full base that came with the table, it looks like one of those cheapos from Sears. I don't even know if they had a brand name on them.
It was offered for free the other day on craigslist here in Pittsburgh in my neighborhood. Waiting to hear back from them to go take a look at it. If it's a real POS might not even be worth putting the money into it to get new cloth/rails put on. But it would beat the invisible pool table I currently own
