Can anyone tell me anything about this Meucci Original. It has a satin finish and no finish on the wrap. A Customer brought it in and wants to sell it, he's owned it since new and I have no clue as to what it's worth. Thanks for the help, Brian.

you are right

That is the model Buddy played with. It also came with Green veneers. Buddy
was in Dallas and I hit a few balls with his. He was there a couple of weeks and
I never saw him miss a ball. I ordered 4 of them, each with 2 shafts because
you got a discount. Sold 3 and kept the best one. That model and the one with
the 6 white rectangles in the bottom were my favorites. They changed that model
and put white points where the maple points were, did not look as good.

My buddy just picked one up exactly like that for $60 at a pawn shop with a Porper case. Probably worth $200-$250.

I forget the model but it is easily found on the Budget site.

I don't think it is an 84-7, different color veneers.....could be wrong. Don't have time to look right now....

If the butt-cap says Rifleman its a BH-3, if not its the 84-7. When Buddy was in Tulsa around '80 he used a BH-5. I bought a BH-1 from Buddy out the trunk of his car. He had 'em stacked like cord-wood. I paid 40bux for it. Another cue i wish i'd kept. BudgetBilliards has pics of most of the older Meucci's in their Meucci archive section.

This cue and the Buddy Hall cue is the same cue.

The only difference is the logo.

Good cue if it is still straight.

I have just about given up searching for deals in pawn shops around here.

You cannot get a cuetec around here for 60.00 let alone a case to go with it.

I did manage to get a black widow series McDermott for 75.00 and an unknown cue with 2 shafts for 40.00 a few years ago.

The deals are few and far between but it never hurts to look.
