Sure was a clutch shot - that shot was a game winner. I believe I even saw Kevin applaud. That was a very nice gesture. Faraon was carrying Medenilla in that match. I hope this won't be the case in the final.
5-5 right now in the Finals.
So both finals were contested by Philippines and Taiwan. 1-1 .
I believe that the torch has been officially turned over to the young guns of the Philippines. They have been placing higher than the seasoned vets (Orcullo, Bustamante, Corteza, etc) in the previous pool tournaments.
Watch out for Jeff Ignacio, Raymond Faraon, Johann Chua and maybe Anton Raga. They are the future of Philippine pool.

Liu/Li still inexperienced. IIRC when they were leading 5-4, they only messed up the 10 ball. Li left Liu tough shot on 10 ball . Liu missed and Mederilla tied the score with a gutsy long cut on the 10 .
