i just put one on and i burnished mine good.... didnt have any issues with it... it does seem to play a little stiffer than the hardness rating it has...that may be because of the burnishing, just not sure... but even playing a little stiffer than i thought it still moves the rock very well and plays good... since i have installed some of the tips on my other poles... hope this helps david

Ill agree with the new Kamui hardness rating. I reluctantly got 2 Kamui Softs put on my Gracio because thats all they had available. Definetly more like a Medium.. I still love it though!
