I just watched the vid. According to the commentators, they thought it was a double hit on the cb when Ko was pushing. On the replay, the same commentator felt the double hit was clear (although, i couldnt see it). Then again, im blind in one eye and dont hear well with the other one...

I think we all agree this is hte most likely scenario. If anything, I was just telling you what the commentator said.
