This game can be played with 2 - 4 players.... or just as a practice game for 1.
The 2011 rules have been revised for clarity. Simple rules for a strategy game.

Pocket balls with any higher number than the previous ball. No numerical order.
After the highest ball pockets the low ball becomes the OB and must be hit first.
Until the last ball pockets, your choices become fewer as the game progresses.
Sounds simple, but you'll find strategy patterns that involve various ball choices.

I added one line to the game rules since the original post. The added line is under ~Game Play.
( If the 15 & 14 are in a pocket, the 13 is highest... If the 1 & 2 are in a pocket, the 3 is lowest )

This line isn't needed, but for newer readers I added it for clarity of what's the high and low ball.

You may only find a couple of shots ahead, until the traffic starts to clear from the table.
When the table opens you'll find multiple ball runs, if you know both the high & low ball.
