Predator is now having Aramith make their balls. Should be out in fall but the 'rona may push that back. They looked great on the CSI stream.Tap, tap, tap, sir. I agree wholeheartedly. I like my set and also have the Olhausen Signature Set and Predator Arcos I Set.

They did at first but Pred switched to Aramith. https://www.predatorcues.com/usa/products/billiard-accessories/pool-billiard-balls.htmlI thought Cyclop was making the Arcos II?

The balls made by Cosmos in Korea are phenolic. Cosmos is sorta the Aramith of Korea, they make good stuff based on what i've heard/read. Korea is a HUGE 3c country and Cosmos makes almost all the balls. These are nothing like the AH balls. The American Heritage wannabees were not phenolic resin balls. They looked like PR and the sounded like PR, but they were, as I understand it, made of a blend of other proprietary resins and fillers. In short, they were unsuitable for commercial use. Glorified Empire.
It is easy. Get on the phone and call Olhausen and ask them directly if their Wannabee balls are made of 100% Phenolic Resin. As a consumer of pool balls, you have the right to know what they are made of.
Beauty is only skin deep. If you want a real pool ball, buy an excellent condition set of pre-1984 Brunswick Centennials. Buy American! Haven't the Chinese eaten enough of our lunch?
http://www.cosmosbilliard.com/Where can I order a set of the cosmos ultra c balls? I cant find anything but their facebook page.
Thanks,
Ian

looking at them, the cosmos & predator look the most identifiable, the color scheme,
that Olhausen 5, 7 color clash yet would look hard to discern on the tube.
rexus31,
are you playing those much, they look good if you are, have a favorite,
all of them play comparatively the same?
How did you happen to pick up those ultra cosmos?
my favorite of the lot are the cosmos diamond ultra c. I like the colors, design and they play just as good, if not better than the other phenolic balls in my collection.
I play them in regular rotation with my other sets but i do not play the arcos set. They are one of a handful of the prototype sets and i'd like to keep them pristine. I have many sets to choose from.
plus these, which play awesome.
VERY handsome display!
Is your wife/gf impressed by your balls??Thank you, sir.

I just got my first home table and bought a set of Aramith tournaments. Love them. Would love to get those zigma zigzags! Those are sweet. I’m already getting addicted to pool balls, feel like my wife is going to hate that I want to start getting more sets.
