Sam lost 9 ball 10 to 8, but won 8 ball 10 to 5 and won 10 ball 10 to 8. He was pretty nervous to start out, but he hit his stride in 8 ball.
Nerves are a killer... good job on him for pushing through. That has to be one of the hardest parts of your game to deal with

No shame in losing to that young man, he shoots well and has a promising future in pool.
