What was their business plan when they took over snooker? Obviously I'm sure it changed over the years, but what were some things they stuck with that really helped them take snooker to where it is today?

If you haven't already done so, check out "The Rack Pack"...it's very well acted and shows the rise and demise of Hurricane Higgins, portrays the rivalry with Steve Davis and Barry Hearn's vision when he took over the game...how he packaged it and the players to sell it to the public.
