This cue is a nice looking cue and I have some interest in it but I have a question regarding the ebony. Cuetec calls it True-Wood Ebony veneer. Is this a cored out piece of ebony turning wood with a maple core inserted or is there some other process used? When I hear the word veneer it makes me think that the ebony is a very thin layer on top of maple.
