In my opinion, its better balanced and plays a step above other cue makers that are charging double and triple what john does.The nose is A+ Birdseye Maple. The Points and Butt sleeve are made of Gabon Ebony The Veneers are Black, African Mahogany, Indigo Blue Sycamore. The Cap is Ivory Toned Pvc. Joint is 5/16-14 Piloted Ss Ring at Jint is .015 Nickel Silver Shafts are 2 straight Hard Maple/13mm Ivory Ferrules 3rd shaft is 40year old Maple with a tight grain 12.6mm with Ivory Ferrule. weights are 4.1, 4.2, 4.1. Butt 15.4oz. Wrap is Pebble Finished Prem Black Leather. This is a serious players cue in Brand new condition.
