Yes all zippers work. Case is nearly new. I just have another case that I have been using so I don't need it sitting around.
There is no designs on it other that around the lid. I had it made that way, I just did not want it too flashy. Please PM me your email address if you want any additional pictures. Sorry it took so long to respond. I have not been on here much lately..
