I have a early 80's like 83 im thinking Joss 1 shaft and would
like to find another for it. 13mm a plus. 5/16x14

Gold letters? White letters? No letters?

All JOSS shafts are the same joint size (diameter) since the very early days so that's not an issue. They were among the first if not the first to standardize this for their cues. JOSS will produce those old lettered joint collars if you want. Pricing is on their web site.

Charges for old rings on shafts
Starting November 15, 2012

All old dash rings and squares $50.00 per shaft.

Old gold or white letters $25.00 per shaft.

Metal rings $25.00 per shaft.

Radial pin other than Joss $25.00 per shaft.

White letters...I think there older shafts hit a little better but if I cant find an older one I may end up buying a new one from them!
