Hello Guys..
A long time ago, I made this "Practice" Pool Table.
It is a "Full Scale", 1/4 Regulation size...
Those are standard size Pool Balls ( Bill Schick Cue ;) )

I drew up the plans, had a Woodworker guy (He had a wood planer)
machine/cut the Rails..
Slate is actually Corian (acrylic polymer), made to my plans, by a Kitchen Counter Top maker here.
Used K-66 Profile Cushions and all rail/pocket specs. according to the BCA Standards.
The top lifts off the base, so, it can be slid under the bed for storage.
Drop Pockets are from Hood Leather.
Cloth is the standard slow cloth. Not Simonis.
There is another design I did, but, I did not have time to make it, as, being in Hawaii,
the shipping would have been too high, so, no money here either. :( :p

I do not have this anymore.
I think the guy who has it, has his laundry piled up on it.. :grin-square:

Thanks for viewing..

Aloha Alton,

Haven't seen you at Brian's in ages.

Who has this thing now?

Do they want to sell it?

It looks really cool. Jim Six once made one similar, but he put a small piece of slate at one end so he could exhibit jump shots off the slate part and still be able to move the table to the expo and other shows. He was not a top level player, but he could really jump balls with his jump cues he was selling.

Too Old..

Hello Guys..

Hawaiian Eye..
I can't get involved.
Plus, that was 15+ years ago. He moved on to other things.
I lost contact with him..
Last time I was at Brian's, was about January 2015.
I stopped going out. Too many Crazies.

I was going to market these " Practice Pool Tables", but, the cost to ship them out from Hawaii is a total loser.
Chris, I believe many did similar variations of a small, carry around Table.
The one I designed has a definite purpose, rather than a "Fly by Night" approach. LOL :grin-square: And, Full Scale.
The Balls are from my Rashig 9 Ball set.

Since I'm here, and, you guys are viewing..
Here is the main body of a Cap I am working on..
Something new, something borrowed.

Thanks for viewing..
Alton
