I have another 3-day intensive SPF pool school scheduled for the last weekend in Oct. This one will be Friday-Sunday, at Ed Liddawi's room, Sandcastle Billiards, in Edison NJ, just outside NYC. If you haven't been to Sandcastle, it's a great room. Ed is a fantastic host, who goes out of his way to make every player in his room feel right at home. He also holds multiple tournaments there regularly. The NJ State event was there last weekend. At this school there will multiple instructors, including at least two master instructors. The student/teacher ratio will be 2-1, to allow for plenty of one-on-one attention. If you're interested, or want more info, you can PM me here, or email me at poolology@aol.com

Thanks to Ed Liddawi for posting this up on FB. We already have students signed up for this Halloween school...including one who is playing in the Steinway Classic just prior to pool school. I guess they know there's always more to learn! This will be another great school, and I'm proud to have Ed host it at Sandcastle. :D

Any skill level can play in the Steinway tournament as long as you have the bucks for the entry fee...correct? Johnnyt

Yeah, I bet those D players are just lining up to post up and play the likes of SVB, Darren, Darren, Rodney, and a whole host of others Johnnyt. LOL I'm gonna lean more towards the "pro" end of the spectrum, for your speculation. What difference could it possibly make to you, Johnnyt? Are you just looking to stir shit up AGAIN? It's already been long established that pro-level players attend pool school regularly...most recently last month.

"including one who is playing in the Steinway Classic just prior to pool school." Just wondering what skill level he/she is. Could be D to pro huh? Johnnyt

This is a great school. For those who want to come out from NYC the train out of Penn Station to Metuchen. Only about 30 minutes. Station is about a mile from the Sandcastle. Stop at the deli and get me a pastrami on rye.

Had pastrami on rye this afternoon in Long Beach, Calif.

Don't know how the pastrami on rye is there, probaby better than here, but Scott's classes are always dynamite.
