I am sorry that I missed your message - as I was a lot busier throughout the event than I had anticipated to be. I fielded dozens of phone calls throughout the week helping people who had technical difficulties access the stream. Everyone I spoke with on the phone eventually got a working stream.

The LIVE stream was not available on iPad, although the VODs will be. The streaming company (daCast) said they didn't support iOS devices for the live stream due to legal conflicts/restrictions with Apple's content profit-share policy (30%!?) and also the Flash requirement of the in-viewer paywall.
