LD Shaft Technical Question

I have the OB classic plus shaft. Was practicing a bit tonight and I am having a hard time with a certain shot. Would love to hear some opinions on it. Let me try and explain.

Hitting center ball inside spin. Trying to make the cue ball come three rails to middle of the table. I hit the shot multiple times and always over cut it. If I hit high inside spin the shot went in. Go back to center ball inside and miss it by 6”.

Are these shafts so stiff it shoves the cue ball? I am a bit baffled at the moment why I miss that shot so bad. Any educated opinions are appreciated.

your cue may not be as level as it could be and you are "digging" into the ball
causing a masse effect
just specuation on my part

Yeah I’m not elevating the cue. Simple center left hit. Moves quite a bit.

Center(on the equator) english shots usually have the most squirt. Even with an LD shaft you usually have to make some aiming compensation. Using high-inside the CB tends not to squirt as much. This may not apply to all players/strokes but this has been my experience on the shot you describe.
