Had a new one, in 1977. They were perfect case, to ''strap on'' m/cycle handlebars, if yah got no fairing. It's always nice to keep an eye on your cue when at high speeds.
If you drive allot with your case in the trunk, then expect problems, unless you put the shafts in ''tip up'', then shim em with some foam when driving. Why? Because there's a lengthwise seam on the interior, that will eventually (as it did to my linen wrap) cut into the linen from the constant bouncing while driving, especially at high speeds on fwy, where every crack in the road will bounce the rear end of the vehicle and the cue will rattle around.
