Hi Everyone,
I've got to travel interstate to bring home an 8 foot Santa Ana that I've purchased. Its a 10 hour drive each way.
Is anyone able to tell me the dimensions of one piece of the 3 piece slate?
We will be taking a Toyota Hilux and id like to see if the slate will lay down in the tray of the utility. I'll use solid foam or rubber, then lay a piece of slate on top, then foam etc and so on to ensure they are not under stress.
The utility tray dimensions are:
Tray length: 1560mm
Tray width: 1520mm
Tray width (between the arches): 1100mm
Tray depth: 490mm
or in American talk:
Tray length: 61.42 inches
Tray width: 59.8 inches
Tray width (between the arches): 43.3 inches
Tray depth: 19.3 inches
Im hoping we can avoid towing a utility trailer.
Any info or experience you can share is appreciated.
Regards
Dave
