No it isn't they have the matches all screwed up. SVB's match is just a black screen

Welcome to Qatar 2018 and the WPA 9 ball world championships.
That link took me to the Makkonen-Kun match.
So it starts with the matches on different tables than indicated on the "Live Scoring" page.
Then, about a minute into Shane's match, a "battery low" sign comes on the screen, and it goes black.
Other matches seem to come on flittingly, but still no SVB/Melling.
Then they all seem to disappear, with replays of the first couple games of some of the matches sometimes.
Oh, amidst all this, the buffering was bad.
Bedtime.
