Another great Schmelke cue
I just received a Schmelke NC-03, Cocobolo with a 12.75 shaft and a 3/8x10 joint. It's beautiful, has a flawless finish, and plays great. For $240 it's also a crazy bargain. I had one of their sneaky pete's a while back and gave it to a girlfriend, then decided I wanted another. I'm a Pechauer guy, love their cues and am waiting on my 3rd. That said, my new Schmelke plays as well as just about anything else I've tried and feels really good in my hands. I prefer it to my McDermott, which I'm now selling, and going forward Pechauer and Schmelke will be all I'll own. I've only been playing about 3 years but have experimented with OB, Lucasi, Joss, and Meucci and I just don't feel a need to experiment any more.
