I just wanted to share some photos of an old Adam XR7 cue I found. This cue was from Adam’s first catalog. I have searched the internet looking for a picture of another one and there dosent seem to be any. I believe this is a very rare cue. The forearm is ebony with really cool black “veining”. and the butt sleeve is super black ebony. If anyone else has another one I would love to see it.

Very cool.

I have one Adam first catalog cue...not this one.

Thanks for showing it off!

I wonder if Jayman will chime in on this one.

Thank you Chopdoc for sharing. That was cool to see. I think that is the “Blackstone” A/H-8 which is very similar. The XR7 is the R/A-8. Very similar but XR7 has the black plastic rings above the butt cap and below the wrap and the MOP dots go in a circle at the base of the forearm and is bumperless and has the MOP ring work. I found them both in the Blue Book 3rd edition. The condition is great for its age (no dings) but it really didn’t have any lacquer on it any more. I just sent this in to have it refinished. I will post more pictures when I get it back. I think it is going to turn out awesome.
