This is why Oscar Dominguez is better than all the rest

Really gained a lot of respect for Oscar a few years ago at Derby, he was playing one pocket in the action room late one night and was clearly not getting the best of it, Can't remember who he was playing but losing, someone wanted him to stop and play 9 ball where he would have been a favorite but he said no, when they asked why not? He said " I'm learning too much playing this game".

That was also for the $$... 2k guaranteed or 0.

I do find it sad that pool is in such a state that this isn't the norm.

Oscar and his father were recovering the tables at Felt awhile back.
Oscar was sitting there doing nothing. I invited him to play fun only.
After a couple games I could tell he was missing on purpose to let me shoot.
I won 3 games.
Nice guy, he could have just toasted me if he wanted to.

Oscar and his father are both genuine salt-of-the-earth types. Tons of heart and an honest work ethic on top of it.

I am very proud that they have chosen to carry JB Cases. When I am able to provide more material support to players and tours they are at the top of the list. Thanks Oscar for being a shining example of what's right with pool.
