Old brunswick label

Anyone ever successfully removed and reused a label like the brunswick tru balance?
Thought passed through my mind to use my jewelery steamer to steam it hot enough to remove ??????

Lots of steam and lots of gradual heat, you need to melt the lacquer and lift it off with a scalpel. It is super fragile, plan on spending a couple of hours lifting it off
