Make sure you use the undersized tap.
The G10 radial slips on the regular threads.
And do not buy the import radial.

Thanks Joey,

Am building a butt only for a fellow with CF shafts. So I won't need to tap the shaft at all.

Then I can get back to building 3/8 10 cues :smile:
