I'd try either Doral Billiards or New Wave Billiards.
Doral is more or less "North Miami," whereas New Wave is by FIU in Miami.

Doral has Chevillotte and NW has Wilhemina.

They're within 15-20 min of each other- you can try both.

Try going South some

There is a great pool hall in South Miami, Sharp Shooters Billiards on Sunset(72St and 117Ave). On the second floor, southwest corner of the intersection. You will be pleased.

No 3-cushion at SharpShooters

You're right, Sharpshooter's is a good pool hall, but the OP did specifically request 3 cushion.
He may not be pleased if he drives down from North Miami to South Miami expecting to find a 3 cushion table there!
