And don't forget to ask about extras that might be possibly included. This is people score cue racks or other things that might out-value that table.
Id suggest asking about extras first and getting pics before you start wheeling and dealing. 750 might just be a great STFU price for the table and a cue rack or chairs or who knows what.

My son sent me something from NYC today- Brunswick Anniversary table RESTORED- ASKING $5,000- I think it is on facebook- located on Long Island=-I saw the photo- table looks like NEW! Last time I saw one like that it was $25,000 at SBE - this HAS to be the best table deal out there today!
that is not the Anniversary table that I know is also for sale on Long Island- the other table is pictured in a beautiful home billiard room. My son is considering a purchase of the other table on facebook
