Top shelf Dr. Dave! Thank you!

I hope everyone paused the video at 3:08 and read the top 10 mental aspects of pool. Each of them is worthy of a lot of study.

Makes me want to go hit some balls. In fact, gotta run!

Slightly off topic, but I appreciate the wealth of material on your website. I just bought your SAWS video.

Here's the random path for how I ending up buying your video. I know it's the normal chaotic path of how we find most things on the web, but it's a bit amusing.

Last night, I was practicing a shape drill. The shot required a soft hit with bottom left english and there was about 5 feet between the CB and OB. I was missing the shot most of the time, because of the swerve effect, which I could not adjust for in reliable way. I took a break and hopped on AZBilliards forum and started searching on parallel english vs. BHE/FHE hoping to find some good advice on consistency. I found an old post from 2015 under the aiming forum with a lot of angry banter between a couple members, but there was a gem in there with a link to a grainy video by Colin Colenso on BHE. I watched most of the video by Colin. This morning, I googled Colin's name. One of the search results was a link to your website, where you discussed his video on shot making drills. Then, I found your page on aiming with sidespin. After watching the preview of your SAWS video, I decided to pull the trigger to buy the full video.

I'm looking forward to digesting the video material in the next couple of days. Well done on the site and appreciate the material.

I'm glad your circuitous path lead you to the right place. :grin-square:

I hope you enjoy and benefit from SAWS. Be aware that multiple viewing will be required to fully absorb everything. There's a lot of stuff there. And obviously, to apply the info effectively, you will need to spend time at the table. Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

Regards,
Dave

Even deeper knowledge.

An angel appeared to Ronnie O'Sullivan when he was 14. But he won’t reveal the secret, His Evasive answer to most questions:

‘I don’t know. I just hit the ball’
When you truly have "deep knowledge and experience," that's all you need to think ... "just hit the ball."

Regards,
Dave
