One handed - one pocket rule question?

Can the player use the rail to support his cue, or must all shots be made with cue in hand above the rail?

For the DCC one-handed one pocket mini, the rule has always been that you can use the rail to support the cue. So, it's not 100% 'jacked up' pool. I assume this year will be the same.

That is right -- the same rules apply this year.
