I’ve no idea about this one, doesn’t ring a bell at all and I’d be curious to know as well. Couldn’t find the thread to look it up either. Maybe local dialect?
I wonder if this win by Little Ko will make Baby Ko want to match his two big brothers and come on the pool scene.

It looks like Taiwan has had the only concurrent WPA world champions.
2005 had Wu (then of Taiwan) win 8 ball and 9 ball WPA world championship.
2015 had Ko Pin Yi win 9 ball and 10 ball WPA world championship.
