"Django" Francisco Bustamante vs "The Lion" Alex Pagulayan

Best Three out of Five Sets

9 Ball Banks-Race to 16
One Pocket-Race to 10
10 Ball-Race to 25
8 Ball-Race to 25
15 Ball Filipino Rotation-Race to 15 (Games are to 60 points)

One Match Each Day-Players Choose Discipline

Lag For 1st Pick-Rotate Picks After

1st Player to win three sets wins the match.

In rotation, I think the total of all the balls combined is 120.

In order to win, you need 61, leaving 59.

SO maybe they play in the Philippines get 60 you win so no ties :)

You would think Busty of all people would know the rules they play over there :shrug:

I will double check it with Alex & Busty both in the morning after they wake up lol

Alex said they play it to 60 like Busty said

With 61 there are scenarios that can happen where the other player can tie which can create problems when there is wagering going on.
Going to 60 makes the winner a clear winner.
This is what Alex said how they play it.:smile:

Hopefully they aren't playing that horrendous version like Shane & Efren played five or six years back at the TAR Studio where you could pass it back if you supposedly didn't have a direct hit available. Something like that. It was brutal to watch in person at the studio. Shane couldn't stop shaking his head. :speechless:

I would think both players would prefer it to 8 and 10 Ball. They grew up playing it.

It would be kinda cool to see it go down as the final set.
