WTB basic Titlist conversion butt only or butt/shaft.

As the title says. I want a basic Titlist conversion. Interested in seeing anything available, but here's my ideal:

5/16-14 piloted
Plain black collars with no rings
Weight under 19.5oz preferred(under 19 even better)
If shaft is included, tip diameter under 12mm is ideal, but not a requirement.
No ivory
Hoppe Ring


Condition not a huge issue as long as the cue is straight and plays as it should. Don't care who made it or if the maker is even known.
