Excuse my ignorance but i can't post pics, it keeps saying get the url of the image i never had this problem before i don't know where to look for the url any help would be appreciated i'm not to good with computers thanks.

If you attach the picture you don't have worry about using a url

Click the attachment arrow then click manage attachments then add your photo from your computer files
