Hi guys!

We moved into a home that has this table in it - appears to be a monarch reproduction - but not sure from who?

Reason I ask, is I’d like to get a replacement nameplate for it - but not even sure where to start.

I had new felt installed and the slate is stamped Ardesia Biggio 6 Gen 1977 on the side. 3 piece slate

Any info on this would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Thanks - Ill look into them further. Any thoughts from anyone else? It would be cool to get the right name plate for it.

I had a GoldenWest table for years (plain box style, not the Monarch replica). The space for a nameplate on your rail is almost identical to the Golden West plate.

Here is your rail with GW nameplate photoshopped in . . .

Looks like it grew there. . Looks like a winner . I will try to find their company #. If anyone knows where to get the nameplate, let me know. Thanks!

Yes definitely a Golden West. I think they call it a Victorian nowadays. They have been doing that Monarch reproduction for a long time. I remember seeing that model in sales brochures all the way back in the mid 70s.

I suppose someone didn’t like the GW nameplate on the rail cap scratching their cues? I would think they could get a replacement plate, since they are still in business out in Portland, Oregon.

If my memory serves me correct, that table was around $10,000 new around 1978. I think nowadays they offer the base in carved wood, or cast aluminum. Looks like this one is the cast version. Nice table!
