I am having the same issue. I paid yesterday at 11am and it said access pending. I was only granted access after I paid twice and was only able to see the last match. I would like to at least get access for today since I paid twice, or a refund of some sort, but there is no contact info on the website. I emailed the address listed on Paypal (cindylee1@gmail.com) with no response. I have messaged upstate Al, with no response. I'm not sure where to go from here...?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
You expect customer service, come on :withstupid: Good luck with this crew. UpstaeAl comes in here and posts his advertisements but ignores every customer comment.
Is the PayPal charge via a credit charge, a debit, a checking acct or what? Do you normally have an issue with however you have it set up or is this your first time with current config? I've never had an issue with PayPal using a credit card for audiovideoweb, except once where it just sat in Pending and BigTruck had to go in and manually do an approval or something.
Their response of "If issues Try contacting paypal or audiovideoweb.com" is very lacking, but not unexpected.
